Each year, the Brickner Charity Golf Scramble is held to raise funds for Gifts from Heaven. Funds are used to support children and families-in-need, as well as to assist families suffering from a medical or personal crisis.

The outing is held annually on the third weekend in July at the Pine Valley Golf Course in Marathon, Wisconsin. The team event includes a light breakfast sandwich, catered lunch, raffle prizes, and the opportunity to win additional prizes at each hole.

It is a tribute to the larger Wisconsin community that this event has remained the core means of raising funds for Gifts from Heaven, and has helped us assist more than 2,500 children and 660 families.

The 2008 Brickner Charity Scramble was held on Saturday, July 19, 2008. The day was absolutely beautiful, and we filled the course with 35 teams. Thanks to our sponsors, raffle prize donations and golfers we were able to raise sufficient donations for the upcoming Christmas Season. Thanks to all of the volunteers which help make this day such a huge success!
